Pairing Key

I have not been able to connect to my LG TV (OLED55CXAUA). I know the IP address, but after I search it, it asks for a "Pairing Key" and I do not know what this is or where to find it. I have searched a ton of LG FAQs, but wasn't able to find any information on a "Pairing Key" so I thought I'd reach out to you. Do you know where to find the Pairing Key for my TV? Any help would be appreciated!

stopped working

After the last extension update and WIN10 stopped working. Loses connection to TV. We connect, we pair, it works. Closed / opened the extension (remote) - you need to pair again. It would be nice to fix...
