CREATE YOUR VAULT Set a strong master password. This is the only password you'll need to remember. Choose wisely—it cannot be recovered if forgotten. 2. ADD YOUR PASSWORDS Store website credentials with titles, usernames, passwords, URLs, and notes. Mark important entries as favorites for quick access. 3. ACCESS ANYWHERE IN CHROME Click the Smart Key Vault icon to instantly access your passwords. Search, copy and paste with ease. 4. STAY SECURE Your vault automatically locks after inactivity. Clipboard auto-clear ensures copied passwords don't linger. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SECURITY SPECIFICATIONS • Encryption: AES-256-GCM (Advanced Encryption Standard) • Key Derivation: PBKDF2 with SHA-256, 100,000 iterations • Salt: 128-bit random per vault • IV/Nonce: 96-bit random per encryption operation • Authentication Tag: 128-bit (built into AES-GCM) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IMPORTANT NOTES • PASSWORD RECOVERY IS IMPOSSIBLE: If you forget your master password, there is no way to recover your data. We recommend keeping a secure backup. • LOCAL ONLY: Your passwords do not sync across devices. This is by design for maximum security. • BACKUP REGULARLY: Use the export feature to create a .csv which can be encrypted so you have manual backups of your password data.
