Smart Batch fills in your missing eProfiling cards, so you can catch up on weeks of paperwork in a couple of minutes instead of an hour of manual entry. If you have ever opened eProfiling to find 40 or 50 cards sitting there waiting, this is for you. Smart Batch reads your real progress straight from eProfiling, works out which weeks you are missing, and fills each one with the work that actually moves your units toward finished. Days off from your state's industry calendar go on the same card as leave, so every week still adds up. This extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the eProfiling platform or its developers. WHAT IT DOES: - Reads your own eProfiling progress: your points, your units, and exactly what each one still needs - Finds the weeks you are missing a card, straight from eProfiling's own records - Fills each missing week with up to three work-area lines, each aimed at a real gap (a unit that is only a few hours short gets just those hours, and the rest of the week goes to the next gap), plus a Leave/Training line for any days off so the week still adds up - Public holidays, RDOs and shutdowns from your state's industry calendar, each one switchable - Your hours by day: set your normal Monday to Friday week and your Saturday and Sunday hours, or type the hours you worked each day for every missing week before anything is planned - Honest progress: the same core percentage your RTO quotes, units done, and per-area benchmarks, as eProfiling counts them - Focuses on your core units, since that is what gets you your qualification - Accounts for cards still waiting on approval, so you never double up - Shows you the plan and your before and after progress before anything is sent HOW IT WORKS: 1. Open eProfiling and log in like normal 2. Click the Smart Batch icon 3. Pick your week range, who is signing off, your normal Monday to Friday hours and any weekend hours, your supervision level and your state, then tick which days off to apply (public holidays, RDOs, industry shutdowns) 4. Check the hours for each week: days off are already taken out, and anything you type under your normal week goes on the card as Leave/Training 5. Review the plan: see what each card targets and how much closer it gets you 6. Send it. The cards go to your supervisor for sign-off, same as always HOW IT PICKS: Smart Batch never guesses. It uses eProfiling's own record of what each unit still needs and gives each card one to three work-area lines, each aimed at a real gap, because eProfiling credits each line on a card on its own. A unit that is only a few hours short gets just those hours, and the rest of the week goes to the next gap. Days off go on the same card as a Leave/Training line so the week still adds up, and a week that is fully off (an industry shutdown, for example) becomes a Leave/Training card. It only ever fills weeks you are genuinely missing, so the card count always matches your real gaps. Your supervisor still approves every card. WHO IT IS FOR: Australian apprentices using the eProfiling system. Because it reads your own qualification straight from eProfiling, it is not locked to one trade. Built and proven on the electrical certificate, with more trades being verified. PRIVACY: - Your eProfiling data stays between your browser and the eProfiling servers - To work out days off, Smart Batch also contacts dataquoll.io, a service run by the developer (SEYSolutions), to fetch public holidays, RDOs and industry shutdowns for the state you pick. It receives only the chosen state and a date range - no personal details and nothing from your eProfiling account. That request uses a key built into the extension, not your login, and the calendar is kept on your device for a day so repeat scans make no request - No analytics, no tracking, no ads Built by a fellow apprentice who got sick of filling in cards one at a time.
