Pitch shifting, vocal reduction, and music analysis for the Ralenty / Slow Down practice app
Audio manipulation tools for Slow Down (slowdownpractice.com) — the music and video practice app. WHAT IT DOES - Transpose audio up or down by semitones, with fine-tuning by cents - Reduce or enhance vocals using real-time mid/side processing - AI vocal separation powered by on-device ONNX neural networks (standard and HQ models) - Automatic music analysis — detects BPM, key, and chords from the audio - Practice songs in any key, isolate or remove vocals, and see song info without leaving your browser - Works with YouTube videos on Slow Down HOW IT WORKS 1. Open any YouTube video on Slow Down 2. Click the extension icon and enable audio manipulation (or turn on Auto-enable) 3. Use the on-page Audio Manipulation card to adjust pitch, vocal mix, and AI separation PRIVACY - Pitch shifting, vocal mix, and AI separation all run entirely in your browser — nothing leaves your device - AI models run locally using ONNX Runtime WebAssembly, not cloud APIs - For BPM/key/chord detection, short audio snippets are sent to the Slow Down server for analysis and immediately deleted after processing — they are never stored - Only activates on Slow Down domains - No third-party data sharing, no analytics, no tracking REQUIREMENTS - A Slow Down account at slowdownpractice.com - Chrome or any Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Arc, etc.)
