Good meetings start with a good time. SlotDesk helps executive assistants find meeting times across Google calendars and timezones. Compare suggestions, review invitations, and manage existing meetings from a browser side panel or full workspace tab. • Compare suggested times in each participant’s local timezone. • Account for working days, convenience hours, calendar availability and individual scheduling preferences. • Save profiles for people you meet regularly, or add guests by email without creating a profile. • Review invitations before sending, with an optional Google Meet link. • View existing meetings, check guest responses, and review changes to meeting details, participants or times. • See overlapping appointments and choose which meeting to reschedule. • Plan trips and flights so suggestions account for travel and destination timezones. • Generate a planning email with suggested times, ready to copy and send. • Back up local settings or export and import selected profiles. You review and confirm calendar changes. SlotDesk never deletes appointments or automatically reschedules other meetings. Profiles and settings are stored in your browser and do not sync across devices. Onboarding records your confirmed name, email, timezone, browser and completion time for registration analysis.
