Overview

Select availability directly on Google Calendar and copy it for email.

Drag over open time in Google Calendar and copy it as a clean list you can paste into an email, chat or document. Slotclip works inside Calendar's own Week and Day views. Turn on Share availability in Calendar's sidebar, click the toolbar icon or press Alt+Shift+A, then drag across the times you're free. Selections snap to the quarter hour and split around your existing events, so you can't offer time you've already booked. Fill free time selects every open slot in your working hours at once. Copied times are grouped by day, with the date in bold and the timezone on every range: Monday, October 19 - 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM EDT - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT Rich-text editors like Gmail and Docs get a formatted list. Plain-text fields get the same thing as text. - Add a recipient's timezone and copied times show their local time too. - Follows Calendar's language, 12- or 24-hour clock, timezone and light or dark theme. - Move, resize and delete blocks with the mouse or the keyboard. - Selections carry across weeks, so you can offer times from several weeks in one message. Slotclip runs entirely in your browser. It sees where Calendar has drawn your events on the page, not what they say, and doesn't connect to your Google account, use the Calendar API or send anything anywhere.
