Slop Stop

Overview
Hide AI Overviews, the AI Mode tab, and on-page AI clutter on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Brave. Get clean results back.
Search used to give you links. Now half the page is an AI summary you did not ask for. Slop Stop hides it and hands you back clean results. It hides matching Google AI Overviews, the "AI Mode" tab in search results, and AI answer blocks on Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Brave Search. One master switch turns everything on or off, and you can pause it on any single site from the toolbar. Slop Stop uses CSS selectors and English-language labels to find matching AI elements, and checks for content added after the page loads. A toolbar badge counts hidden elements on each page. Search-engine layouts and labels can change; custom selectors let you adjust what is hidden. Power features when you want them: - Add your own CSS selectors to hide anything else - Turn individual blockers on or off - Enable Slop Stop on any site you choose, not just search engines Private by design. Slop Stop makes no network requests and collects no data. It reads page content only to find and hide AI blocks, locally, and that content never leaves your browser. By default it runs only on the supported search engines, so the install asks for nothing more. Any other site is opt-in, one permission prompt at a time. No account, no tracking, no ads.
