Slop Buster for X helps you screen visible posts on X for low-value content and spam-like patterns. The extension uses TypeSafe Jev to evaluate post text. It looks for: • Low-information filler • Recycled templates • Copypasta • Clickbait • Outrage bait • Engagement farming • Irrelevant promotion • Scam pressure • Fake urgency • Unsupported sensational claims • Misleading promotional language • Low-value AI-style writing The extension shows a compact SLOP or FACT badge below each post. FACT means the post does not show a strong combined slop pattern. It does not mean the post is proven true. A separate purple LIKELY AI badge appears when the text contains several AI-like signals. This is a writing-style signal. It does not prove AI authorship. Users control: • Scan posts • Show SLOP and FACT badges • Show LIKELY AI badges • Slop sensitivity • AI sensitivity Sensitivity options include Low, Standard, and High. The extension reads visible post text on X and sends the text to TypeSafe Jev for scoring. Users provide their own TypeSafe API key. The key stays in Chrome local storage. The extension does not publish, edit, delete, like, repost, or reply to posts.
