Slooow lets designers slow down web animations in real time — no DevTools, no source code. Toggle a floating toolbar on any page and switch between 1×, 0.5×, 0.25× and 0.1× speed. Slooow covers CSS animations and transitions (including hover states), the Web Animations API, GSAP timelines, Framer Motion springs, requestAnimationFrame loops, and looping videos.
