Fixes Japanese IME double-display issue in Slite editor

Slite のエディタで日本語を入力すると、IME で変換している途中の文字が二重に表示されることがあります。Slime はその表示の不具合を直します。 ・Slite（*.slite.com）のページでだけ動きます。 ・データを集めたり、外部に送ったりすることはありません。 ・ポップアップから Emacs 風のキーバインド（Ctrl+F/B/N/P/A/E）を有効にできます。 When typing Japanese in the Slite editor, text being composed with an IME can appear twice. Slime fixes that display bug. It runs only on Slite pages and collects no data. Optional Emacs-style keybindings (Ctrl+F/B/N/P/A/E) can be enabled from the popup.
