Blocks the sites on your Focus Shield list while a SliceFocus work phase runs.

SliceFocus Focus Shield brings the Focus Shield from the SliceFocus Mac and iPhone app to Chrome. Start a work phase in SliceFocus. The sites on your list close their doors until the phase ends, and a calm page tells you what you are working on. Take your break, and they open again. How it works • Sign in with the same Google or email account you use in SliceFocus. • Add the sites you want to hold back on the options page. Each one is blocked together with its subdomains. • Begin a Pomodoro work phase in SliceFocus. The extension follows your session and applies the block for exactly that phase. • When the phase ends, or the session stops, the block lifts by itself. A button in the toolbar popup lifts it by hand when you need it; it returns with your next work phase. What you stay in control of • The block list is yours. It syncs across your Chrome profiles through Chrome sync. • The extension asks for site access when you add sites to your list, and it never reads page content. • Everything stays between your browser, your SliceFocus account and Google sign-in.
