Studies have found over a quarter of European adults, and over a third of American adults are sleep deprived, despite the incredible value of good sleep. Sleep Tight aims to help reduce this number by addressing one aspect of 'Sleep Hygiene' - winding down before bed - Studies show that taking a break from screens 30 minutes to an hour before bed can have significant effects on sleep quality. We help you to do this by blocking your web browser's use between hours which you specify. This ensures that you won't be using your computer, but won't lose your work.

I cannot edit the bed time, that kinda makes it useless.

Nice idea but not very practical if you cannot set a time zone. By the time it's 12 am, it disables your new tab by overriding it with special tab that shows the time and a reminder for you to get to bed. You cannot edit the bedtime hours or turn it on/off at will for some reason though so I hope the developer considers adding this feature.
