Slash Agent is a feature rich Agent App with embedded voice and chat capabilities that works with the SlashRTC Contact Centre Solution. It allows the user to handle incoming calls and make outbound calls in multiple dialing modes including Manual, Preview, List-View and Predictive. The user can have chat sessions with website visitors as well as other team members. Allowing your users to handle chats and calls together on one app increases efficiency and productivity.
