Slash Prompts turns the "/" key into your personal prompt library. Type / in any text field on almost any website, pick a saved prompt, and it drops in at your cursor. WHERE IT WORKS In standard text boxes, text areas and rich text editors, so the same commands are available in chat, webmail, comment fields and everyday web forms. NOTHING INJECTED INTO THE PAGE The picker opens in the extension popup, not on the page itself. Nothing is overlaid, restyled or slowed down. If a site already uses "/" for its own shortcuts, switch Slash Prompts off for that site with one click. PRIVACY FIRST Your prompts stay in Chrome storage on your own machine and in Chrome sync. No account, no sign-up, no servers, no analytics, no ads. The extension makes no network requests at all. HOW TO START 1. Click the toolbar icon and add a command. Give it a short name like "summarize" and paste your prompt text. 2. On any site, click into a text box and type /summarize. 3. Pick it from the popup. The text lands at your cursor. The interface is available in 51 languages. Free to use. Requires Chrome 127 or newer.
