Replaces Slack default icon with team custom icons for better tab identification

When using multiple Slack workspaces in the same browser window, all tabs display identical Slack favicons, making it difficult to distinguish between different workspaces at a glance. This extension solves this problem by replacing the default Slack icon with the team's custom icon.
