Slacker
Overview
Telegram-style send/seen checks on your Slack messages when both people use Slacker.
Slacker adds simple send and Seen indicators to Slack Web. See when your message has been sent and when another Slacker user opens the conversation. How it works: • One check means Slacker recorded your sent message. • Two checks mean another person using Slacker opened the conversation. Important: • Both people must have Slacker installed for Seen status to work. • Slacker works only on Slack Web at app.slack.com. • Slacker is an independent extension and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Slack. • Slack does not provide official read receipts. Data and privacy: • Slacker reads message information on Slack Web only to provide receipt indicators. • A short message preview, Slack user identifier, receipt history, and settings are stored locally in your browser. • The Slacker server receives temporary message identifiers and Seen timestamps. • Full message text, Slack passwords, authentication tokens, and browsing history are not uploaded to the Slacker server. • Data is not sold or used for advertising.
