SkoolBuddy is a side panel for Skool community owners. It shows you who needs an answer, who's about to leave, and what to post next, so you can look after every member in a few minutes a day. Your data stays in Chrome on your own computer. No server, no passwords to share, and every message is sent by you, with one click. WHAT IT DOES 📋 Today: everything that needs you right now, in one list. Open it once a day and clear it in a few minutes. 💬 Community: every post and comment still waiting for an answer, in one inbox, so nobody slips through the cracks. SkoolBuddy suggests the lessons from your Classroom that answer each question, and your reply templates fill in the member's name and the lesson link for you. 👥 Members: new members to welcome, members going quiet or cancelling, and wins to celebrate. SkoolBuddy prepares a friendly message for each one. You read it, edit it if you like, and click Send. ✉️ Chats: your Skool chats with members, with tags, private notes and follow-up reminders. 📅 Schedule: write a post now and it goes out at the time you pick, in one community or several. Add an image, poll, video or first comment, repeat it every week, and see everything on a calendar. Add your live calls to Skool's calendar from the panel. 📈 Revenue: your MRR, how it's changing, what each plan brings in and your next payout, at a glance (owners only). 🛡️ Keeps your community safe: flags spam and self-promotion, and warns you when someone changes their name or photo to look like you. 🏘️ Several communities: switch between every community you own or admin, each with its own inbox.
