Overview
Label leads as Qualified or Unqualified in your Skool inbox. Supports team sync via a Sync Code.
Skool Lead Labeller adds a lightweight CRM layer directly inside your Skool inbox โ no external tools, no tab-switching. WHAT IT DOES Every conversation in your Skool inbox gets a clickable label badge. Tap it to mark the lead as: โ Qualified โ Unqualified ๐ฅ Priority ๐ฏ Pitched ๐ Booked Call Labels are saved instantly and persist across sessions. FILTER YOUR INBOX BY LABEL A filter bar appears at the top of your Skool chat panel. Click any label to open a dedicated panel showing only those leads โ with their avatar, name, last message preview, and unread message count. Unread conversations always sort to the top so nothing falls through the cracks. TEAM SYNC Working with a VA or team member? Enter a shared Sync Code in the extension popup and labels sync between both browsers in real time via Firebase Realtime Database. When one person labels a lead, the other sees it instantly. INTERNAL NOTES Each lead in the filter panel has a private notes field. Add context like "referred by John" or "follow up Friday" โ visible only to your team, never to the lead. UNREAD TRACKING Filter buttons show live unread counts, e.g. "โ Qualified (87) ยท 3 new". The ๐ Unlabelled tab shows everyone who's messaged you that hasn't been labelled yet โ your daily triage view. BUILT FOR RELIABILITY โข Labels survive page reloads, React re-renders and Skool navigation โข Offline-safe: labels save locally first, sync to Firebase when back online โข Failed syncs are automatically retried on reconnect โข Yellow banner alerts you if the extension needs a tab reload after an update PRIVACY All data stays in your own browser storage (chrome.storage.local) and optionally your own Firebase Realtime Database project. Nothing is sent to any third-party server. The extension author never receives your data. SETUP 1. Install the extension 2. Go to skool.com and open your inbox 3. Labels appear immediately โ no account or login required 4. Optional: enter your Firebase URL and a Sync Code in the popup to enable team sync
