Skool Lead Labeller adds a lightweight CRM layer directly inside your Skool inbox — no external tools, no tab-switching. WHAT IT DOES Every conversation in your Skool inbox gets a clickable label badge. Tap it to mark the lead as: ✅ Qualified ❌ Unqualified 🔥 Priority 🎯 Pitched 📅 Booked Call Labels are saved instantly and persist across sessions. FILTER YOUR INBOX BY LABEL A filter bar appears at the top of your Skool chat panel. Click any label to open a dedicated panel showing only those leads — with their avatar, name, last message preview, and unread message count. Unread conversations always sort to the top so nothing falls through the cracks. TEAM SYNC Working with a VA or team member? Enter a shared Sync Code in the extension popup and labels sync between both browsers in real time via Firebase Realtime Database. When one person labels a lead, the other sees it instantly. INTERNAL NOTES Each lead in the filter panel has a private notes field. Add context like "referred by John" or "follow up Friday" — visible only to your team, never to the lead. UNREAD TRACKING Filter buttons show live unread counts, e.g. "✅ Qualified (87) · 3 new". The 🆕 Unlabelled tab shows everyone who's messaged you that hasn't been labelled yet — your daily triage view. BUILT FOR RELIABILITY • Labels survive page reloads, React re-renders and Skool navigation • Offline-safe: labels save locally first, sync to Firebase when back online • Failed syncs are automatically retried on reconnect • Yellow banner alerts you if the extension needs a tab reload after an update PRIVACY All data stays in your own browser storage (chrome.storage.local) and optionally your own Firebase Realtime Database project. Nothing is sent to any third-party server. The extension author never receives your data. SETUP 1. Install the extension 2. Go to skool.com and open your inbox 3.
