Skode Flow docks your team's shared inbox onto the pages you already work in, so you can answer a customer without leaving the record you are reading. Click a phone number or an address on the page and the dock opens that person's conversation history, or starts a new thread. Nothing to copy, no tab to hunt for, no losing your place. The dock shows the messaging channels your own workspace has already connected. It reads that list from your account when you sign in, so nothing is fixed into the extension itself. ──── What it does ──── • Appears on its own on the major sales suites it supports out of the box • Works anywhere else you switch it on — your own sales tool, a scheduling page, a business listing • Right-click a selected number on any page to open the matching thread • Counts down the 24-hour free-reply window in real time, so the chance to reply without a template fee never lapses unnoticed • Sends files, voice notes and pre-approved templates straight from the dock ──── How it works ──── 1. Install, then sign in from the toolbar popup. 2. Open a customer record. The dock appears at the edge of the page. Click any contact detail to load the history. 3. To use it on another site, open the popup and switch that site on. Chrome asks permission for that one address, you approve, and the dock is available there too. ──── Privacy ──── The extension reads only the contact detail you click. It does not read page text, browsing history, keystrokes or cookies. Traffic runs between your browser and the Skode Flow server your team configured. No analytics or advertising company receives your customers' details. Your session token lives in chrome.storage.local, which no web page can reach. Signing out clears it. Any site beyond the ones supported out of the box needs a one-time permission you grant yourself, and can withdraw whenever you like. All code ships inside the package under a strict Manifest V3 content security policy. Nothing is fetched and run from elsewhere.
