Adds a box showing latitude longitude, copy link, google maps link, OpenSkiMap link and a link to download the points in KML for Google Earth to topo pages on skitour.fr. Also changes the Way page on OpenStreetMap to add in the ability to download a Way as KML or GPX. This allows you to select a touring line on OpenSkiMap and download it.
