Skillarq Job Matcher reads the job posting you're looking at and sends it straight to your Skillarq profile for instant analysis, one click, no clipboard gymnastics. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open any job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, Greenhouse, Workday, or virtually any other jobs site. 2. Click the Skillarq icon in your toolbar. 3. Hit "Match this job." 4. Skillarq opens and shows you a match score, skill gap analysis, and which parts of your experience are most relevant. From there you can generate a tailored resume in seconds. WHAT YOU NEED A free Skillarq account at skillarq.com. The extension does nothing without one. PRIVACY The extension reads the visible text of the job posting tab — nothing else. It does not run in the background, does not access other tabs, and does not store anything locally. Job text is processed by Skillarq under the same privacy policy as anything you paste manually: skillarq.com/privacy PERMISSIONS • activeTab — to read the job posting text from the page you're on • scripting — to extract the job description text before opening Skillarq
