Exam lockdown for Skelo assessments — blocks other sites and disables other extensions while armed.

Skelo Sentinel keeps online exams fair. It is an exam-integrity tool for students taking proctored assessments on the Skelo platform (skelo.in), and it only does its job while a test is actually running. HOW IT WORKS When you start a proctored Skelo exam, the exam page arms Skelo Sentinel. While an exam is active, it: - Blocks navigation to any website that is not on the exam's approved allowlist. - Temporarily disables other installed browser extensions that could be used as cheating aids (on Chrome and Edge). Firefox does not permit this, so on Firefox you are asked to disable them yourself before the exam can start. - Closes tabs that try to open disallowed sites during the exam. - Keeps the exam interface stable throughout the test. The moment the exam ends, all blocking is removed and every extension that was disabled is automatically re-enabled. Nothing carries over between exams. YOUR PRIVACY Skelo Sentinel does not collect your browsing history, does not read the content of the pages you visit, and never accesses your camera, microphone, keystrokes, or files. It does not track you outside of an exam and uses no advertising or third-party trackers. The little bit of state it needs — whether an exam is active and which sites are allowed — is kept only on your own device. WHO IT'S FOR Students taking assessments through institutions and training providers that use Skelo.
