SitSense uses your webcam and on-device AI to coach your posture in real time while you work. No wearables, no hardware — just open a tab and sit. SitSense tracks 6 posture metrics (neck angle, head forward, shoulder slope, head tilt, slouch, and more) using MediaPipe pose estimation running entirely in your browser. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere. How it works: 1. Click the extension icon and hit "Start Monitoring" 2. Grant camera access (one-time) 3. A monitoring tab opens with a live silhouette showing your posture 4. Get real-time feedback — green (good), amber (fair), red (poor) 5. Sound alerts nudge you when you've been slouching too long What you get: - Live color-coded silhouette of your body (your face is never shown) - Overall posture score out of 100 - 6 individual body-check metrics updated in real time - Actionable coaching tips ("Tuck your chin back", "Level your shoulders") - Sound alerts when posture goes poor - Desktop notifications after sustained poor posture - Badge on the extension icon showing your current status at a glance 100% private. 100% local.
