Sitemap Inspector
Overview
High-performance Sitemap.xml validator & link checker with real-time ETA, status statistics, and CSV report export.
Sitemap Inspector is a high-performance Google Chrome extension designed for SEO specialists, QA engineers, and web developers to validate sitemap.xml files directly inside the browser. By executing requests natively within your browser, Sitemap Inspector bypasses false 403 Forbidden errors commonly caused by Cloudflare, WAFs, or bot protection systems when using external scripts. KEY FEATURES: • No Cloudflare / WAF 403 Blocks: Runs natively using your browser stack and IP address. • XML Structure Health Check: Automatically validates <?xml?> declaration, UTF-8 encoding, root <urlset>/<sitemapindex> tags, and sitemaps.org namespaces. • Multi-Threaded Concurrency: Check thousands of URLs in parallel with customizable request delays. • Real-Time Metrics & ETA: Live elapsed timer, processing speed (pages/sec), and estimated time remaining countdown. • Status Breakdown: Instant counters for 200 OK (Working) vs 4xx/5xx (Errors). • Bilingual Interface: Easily switch between English and Ukrainian inside the popup. • Manual CSV Export: Download clean, UTF-8 formatted CSV reports on demand. • Flexible Scan Controls: Pause, Resume, Stop, and Reset scan states at any moment. HOW TO USE: 1. Click the extension icon. 2. Enter your sitemap.xml URL or click "Auto-detect" for the current website. 3. Click "Start Scanning" and observe real-time progress and XML health. 4. Click "Download CSV Report" once validation is complete.
