Site Bulletin
Overview
Pop-up reminders for specific websites — your soft-prompt alternative to hard-block focus tools.
**The reminder finds you. It doesn't block you.** Site Bulletin is a Chrome extension that fires a one-line reminder when you land on a specific website. You write the reminder. You pick the site. When you visit, a small toast slides in from the top-right with your message — then quietly disappears. It's the soft-prompt alternative to hard-blockers like StayFocusd or BlockSite. Those tools are great when you want a wall. Site Bulletin is for when you want a nudge — intentionality, not prevention. USE CASES • Avoid spoilers on YouTube channels you're catching up on • "What did you come here to do?" on Reddit when you're trying not to doom-scroll • Pre-scroll prompt on X/Twitter ("Set a 5-minute timer or close the tab") • Reset intent on LinkedIn ("DM 1 person before browsing the feed") • Buy-wait list on Amazon ("Save for later. Re-evaluate in 48h") HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the toolbar icon and add a reminder for whatever site you're on 2. Allow Site Bulletin permission for that site (per-site, never blanket) 3. Visit the site → the reminder appears top-right, fades after 15 seconds 4. Snooze a reminder for 7 days, or delete it from the popup when you're done PRIVACY FIRST • Everything stays on your device — no telemetry, no analytics, no remote server • Permissions are granted per-rule, never <all_urls> upfront • Your browsing history is invisible to this extension • Uninstall removes all stored data No accounts. No subscriptions. No tracking. Made by KaiBuilds.
