Siperb is a SIP to WebRTC Proxy, allowing you to make and receive calls from your PBX (like Asterisk) to your web browser.

SIPERB turns your browser into a full-featured softphone. Make and receive VoIP calls directly from Chrome — no desktop app needed. Click any phone number on any webpage to dial instantly. Select a number and right-click to "Dial with SIPERB". The phone lives in Chrome's side panel, so it stays open while you browse.
