Simple-Complexity adds a small help icon next to inputs, dropdowns, and text areas on any webpage. Hover (or focus with the keyboard) and you’ll see a short, plain-language tooltip that explains exactly what the field is asking for. Click the icon, and the tooltip stays visible until you click elsewhere. Need to hear it? Just click the audio icon! HOW IT WORKS Scan & Identify: The script scans visible form elements and extracts the best “key” (label, placeholder, ARIA attributes, etc.) to understand the field's context. Secure API Query: These keys are sent securely to our API. Intelligent Response: For individual field tooltips: Depending on your plan, we return a stored, curated tooltip or generate a fresh one with OpenAI. For the Question Assistant: Your typed questions are sent to the API, which leverages our knowledge base and AI to provide answers. Clear Display: The tooltip, including the optional audio button, appears in an isolated shadow-DOM container to prevent style conflicts. The Question Assistant opens in a clean, modal window.
