Overview

This extension blocks website based on a list accessible in Options. It is ad-free & completely open source & ad-free.

Take back control of your attention. This extension lets you block any website you choose without the need for accounts, ads or data collection. What it does: ========== When you try to visit a blocked site, you're redirected to a reminder page instead. A built-in streak timer tracks how long you've kept your block list unchanged, rewarding the habit of staying committed to your restrictions. Features: ======== → Block any website, including subdomains. → Simple one-click popup showing your current blocking streak → Manage your block list directly from the extension. Why this exists: ============= Most website blockers are closed source. After having my passwords stolen through a malicious browser extension, I couldn't trust any extension I couldn't read the source code of. So I built this one. Every line of code is publicly available on GitHub. No ads. No tracking. No accounts. No telemetry. Nothing phoning home. Source code: https://github.com/ni6hant/website-blocker-browser-extension
