AD pop-ups with the chrome extension

I've been having problems with this extension for quite some time, ads appear in a new window in chrome, I know it's from the extension because I uninstalled it for a day and none appeared, I reinstalled it and in less than 30 min I had already An ad appeared. I want a solution, it bothers a lot, I have blocked pop-ups but it does not solve the problem. I get ads from https://ui-patterns.com/ or from taboola

Video downloader

Hi There

I have been using video downloader in Chrome for 2 a few weeks and its been great but in the last few days when i get a streamimg video and click on the icon the video doesnt come up?
A different one comes up?
Please help.

Unusable

Cannot download videos at all because it reports that "there is no active video in the tab" when actually there is one. The same video can be downloaded in Firefox.
