Overview

A simple chrome tab renamer extension

Lets you rename the title of the any tab. Very handy when you feel your tab title need more descriptive or personalized names. Also, the title sticks to the tab even if you navigate to a different page within the same tab! Note: This may not work on websites (Ex: chrome webstore, facebook etc) which do not get affected by this tab title change.

The names only persist so long as chrome is open. As soon as you close the browser and reopen it, the names change back to default which renders the app useless imo.

One of the best extensions I tried to rename a tab. The name is saved after pressing F5. And when you open several tabs with the same url the new name stays only on the original tab (I need it for development)
