Simple Suspender is a lightweight Manifest V3 tab suspender that frees up memory by putting idle tabs to sleep — using the same clean interface as the original "The Great Suspender". FEATURES - Automatic idle suspension: tabs left idle past a time you choose are unloaded to free memory, then restored instantly on click. - Fully readable suspended-tab URLs: the original address is never re-encoded, so the address bar always shows exactly which page a suspended tab points to. Pressing F5/Ctrl+R on a suspended tab restores the original page. - Smart exclusions: skip pinned tabs, tabs playing audio, tabs with unsaved form input, the active tab, and suspension while offline or charging — each toggle is independent in Options. - Whitelist support: exclude pages by substring, domain, or regular expression so matched pages are never auto-suspended. - Full manual control: suspend, restore, pause auto-suspend, add to whitelist, or batch-suspend/restore a window or all windows — from the toolbar popup, the right-click context menu, or 9 customizable keyboard shortcuts. - Light and dark themes, with an optional screenshot preview on the suspended page instead of a plain illustration. - Session snapshots & crash recovery: tab state is saved periodically so you can restore your last session with one click after an unexpected browser exit; a history page lets you browse, export, and import past snapshots. - Bilingual UI (English / Chinese).
