Simple OTP Manager Browser Extension

UPDATE: It works great, so glad to have it. However, there is one problem that I found. If NextCloud is not reachable, the OTP codes are not available. Each time you obtain a OTP code, the extension syncs each, individual time. Which is a bit annoying at times as it takes a few seconds to sync when you need a OTP code. Thanks for the review, caching locally would definitely be an improvement. I'll look at implementing this in a future version.

The maintainer push a bug as feature.... the change break my work....

Hi Beta, apologies for the lack of backwards compatibility in this extension when the Nextcloud app shipped the 5.0 update. Unfortunately I had no warning about the breaking change and only had a short time to deploy a fix before I was offline for a while. I picked to support the new version rather than the old but I appreciate this wasn't ideal and will aim to include backwards compatibility if this comes up again in future.

Works well with my Nextcloud server! Now entering OTP is so easy!!!!
