Simmer: remembers what your tabs were for
Overview
Turns your pile of tabs into a short list of what you're in the middle of. Clear your window, then bring a task back in one click.
Simmer remembers what your tabs were for. You keep browsing as you do now. Simmer turns the pile into a short list of what you're in the middle of: choosing a camera, a trip to Kyoto, that bug. You don't sort, file or write rules. PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Put a task on the back burner and your window clears. One click brings every tab back together. Once a day, Simmer can open a short list of what you were on yesterday. NOTHING LOST Each tab is saved before it closes, and into your own bookmarks if you want. Nothing is dropped to make room. Everything Simmer does is listed under Recently, with Undo. PRIVATE No account. Your tabs stay in your browser. The model that compares tab titles is inside the extension and runs on your computer, in English and Japanese. NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL YOU SAY SO First run reads your tabs and changes nothing until you press the button. ALSO • Find any tab, archived tab or bookmark in one box, or type "sm" in the address bar • Mail, chat and calendars stay open by themselves • Automatic backups to your Downloads folder • Rules, site packs, workspaces, bookmark tidying and agent tools are still there, under Advanced
