How do I uninstall/remove/delete this extension: it does not appear as extension in Google Chrome list or windows file manager list.

Not working. Also behaves like a malware

Does not work and does not insert signature. Also, behaves like malware: keeps appearing on the taskbar. Can't uninstall it because it is not listed under google extensions or file manager list of programs.
