Your team's email signature, automatically in every message you write in Gmail, Outlook on the web and HubSpot.

SignaGenius Signature Agent inserts the email signature your organisation manages in SignaGenius into the composer of Gmail, Outlook on the web and HubSpot, so every message goes out with the current, on-brand signature without anyone pasting HTML. How it works: an administrator designs signatures in SignaGenius and assigns them to people. You sign in once from the extension's options page. From then on, when you compose a message, the extension fetches your assigned signature and places it in the composer. When the administrator changes a job title, a campaign banner or a legal notice, your next message carries the update. What it does not do: it does not read your email, it does not read messages you receive, and it does not send anything. It reads the composer you are typing in, only to place the signature, and it talks only to your SignaGenius workspace. SignaGenius is free for up to 3 seats with no card required, and $1 per user per month beyond that. You need a SignaGenius workspace to use this extension.
