SightFlow is an AI-powered virtual scribe for Nextech EMR. Dictate naturally and watch your spoken note become a structured chart entered into Nextech with one click. Built for HIPAA-regulated environments: all AI requests are routed through a Google Cloud BAA-covered backend (Vertex AI / Gemini), never to public consumer AI endpoints. Open the SightFlow sidebar while viewing a patient chart 2. Click or say "Ok Flow" and dictate your encounter naturally 3. Click "Submit" or "Done Flow" to enter everything to the LLM for processing and execution. EXAMPLE Say: "52-year-old male here for a comprehensive exam. History of type 2 diabetes on metformin. Visual acuity 20/30 right eye, 20/40 left eye. IOPs 16 and 17. Exam shows 2+ nuclear sclerotic cataracts in both eyes. Plan is cataract evaluation, return in three months." SightFlow generates entries for: - Extended HPI with the full presentation - Type 2 diabetes in Past Medical History; metformin in Systemic Medications - Visual acuity and IOP populated in the Vitals / V&P section - 2+ nuclear sclerotic cataracts OU added to the Exam - Cataract OU in Impression / Plan with appropriate discussion text - Three-month follow-up scheduling SECURITY & PRIVACY - HIPAA-eligible architecture — patient data flows only through Google Cloud services covered by Google Cloud's standard Business Associate Agreement (BAA) - No PHI sent to consumer or public AI APIs — all model calls route through HIPAA-eligible Vertex AI - Audio captured in compressed Opus/WebM format, processed by Google Cloud's BAA-covered Vertex AI and not persisted by the model - Enterprise deployments support Chrome managed storage policy for centralized API key provisioning Works exclusively with Nextech EMR (app1.intellechart.net).
