Allow to specify custom Media Types to apply syntax highlighting to

It would be great if we can specify a custom list of media types to apply syntax highlighting to. For Example spring-boot's actuator endpoint responds with perfectly fine json with the custom `Content-Type application/vnd.spring-boot.actuator.v3+json`.

PSA: Workaround for custom fonts

If you go in your web inspector and change the value of one of the dropdown options to a font name on your computer, you can then use that font for your syntax highlighting.

Italics

Is there support for italics in syntax highlighting?

If I'm using Operator Mono, for instance, it switches to script for italics which makes comments stand out more easily.

XML support

Does this work with XML files? Because it didn't work for me at least.

Fold functions

rashes page when I download xls file

The plugin crashes the page I'm browsing when I press "download this" on a xls-file.

Does this work?

When I click the icon another window that says "sight" pops up, along with a couple other useless things. The sight button takes me to github, showing me the source code but I don't know where to put it.

Isn't this just supposed by clicking the button? Maybe I missed something but if its more than that, where is the documentation?
