Overview

AI Content Organiser for Notion

| Saved plenty, organised little. Articles keep piling up in Notion, but they rarely get organised. Over time the database becomes a long list nobody scrolls through, and finding one piece depends on remembering it. 🪄 Siftly reads the articles in your Notion database, writes a title, summary and keywords for each, then groups similar topics into categories for you to confirm. The AI only does the first pass; how things get sorted is up to you. ✅ What it does - Writes a title, summary and keywords for each article - Analyse the current page, or a whole batch of pending articles at once - In batch mode, the AI quickly generates provisional topics; then merge similar or duplicate topics in topic organisation, and confirm, edit or discard them to decide the final categories - The interface and AI output can each be set to Traditional Chinese* or English; switching languages doesn't translate existing content *About Chinese output: it is requested in Traditional characters, with Taiwan wording as the target. This is an instruction to the AI and cannot guarantee 100% compliance. Since Chinese phrasing varies across different regions, prompts are currently optimised for Taiwan usage only. Names, quotations and direct speech from the source are preserved as much as possible. All results can be manually edited in Notion. 💾 Designed for people who save a lot - Filter and search by topic, so you don't have to dig blindly - For smaller collections, analyse single pages and decide categories as you go - For larger batches, use batch analysis and organise topics together afterwards - If you already have a rough category plan, add topics manually and turn on "Prefer existing topics" - Nothing is categorised without your confirmation - Existing content in Notion is never deleted or renamed 🤖 AI analysis - Uses your own Google AI Studio or Vertex AI key - Choose a model, adjust lengths, and customise how summaries are written 🔑 Your own database - Only runs when you press a button - Article text is sent from your browser directly to the AI service you choose; results are written back to your own Notion - Images, videos and files are not analysed - No middle server, no tracking - Requires a Notion account and an AI API key; on first use, the settings page guides you through setup 🔸 Siftly is an independent open-source tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion or Google.
