It’s like having Bridget Willard sitting next to you, whispering “say this” every time you want to chime in. What Sidekick for SaaS does 🧠 Generates smart, on-topic comments for X and LinkedIn posts ✍️ “Rewrite like Bridget” mode for a warm, direct, slightly witty consultant voice 💡 Multiple options at once – pick the one that fits your style 📋 Copy or Insert – copy to clipboard or insert directly into the reply box (best effort) 🧪 “Test connection” button so you know your OpenAI API key is working ⚠️ Friendly error messages for quota issues, wrong model, or missing API key 🎨 Clean, brand-aware sidebar that stays out of the way while you work How it works Add your OpenAI API key on the Settings page. Go to X or LinkedIn and open a post or reply. Click the Sidekick for SaaS icon → Toggle sidebar on this tab. Highlight the post text you want to respond to. Click “Use selected post” in the sidebar. Click “Generate comments”. Copy or insert the option you like best, tweak if needed, and send. The extension calls the OpenAI API on your behalf using the model you select (recommended: gpt-4o-mini for speed and cost).
