Overview

Browse and manage bookmark bar folders from a cleaner side panel view.

Sidebar Favorites gives your Chrome bookmark bar a cleaner vertical home in the side panel. Instead of managing favorites through a cramped horizontal bar or Chrome’s full bookmarks manager, this extension lets you browse the same bookmark structure in a simpler sidebar view. Top-level folders, subfolders, and saved pages stay in the same hierarchy you already use in Chrome, just easier to scan and manage. With Sidebar Favorites, you can open bookmark folders in the side panel, browse nested folders and links, drag bookmarks into folders, reorder items, edit bookmark titles and URLs, rename folders, create new folders, and drop links directly into the sidebar to save them. Bookmark favicons are refreshed when links are shown, and the extension keeps folder collapse state locally for a calmer, more personalized browsing surface. This is not a tab manager or parked-tab tool. It is a focused bookmark sidebar built for people who want faster access to their existing Chrome favorites without changing how their bookmarks are organized.
