Unsurprisingly, "Side Panel for Gemini" is an extension that enables a chrome side panel for Gemini. It's snappy to open (don't forget to set a keybinding) and isn't a RAM hog. 😎

Great extension, does exactly as it says. I have a suggestion, how about something like Mac's spotlight search for even easier access.

You can set a keyboard shortcut in Chrome to access (when you're browsing) it so it's just like Mac's spotlight search! To do so go to: chrome://extensions/shortcuts
