Blocks comment sections on many popular websites.
If you've ever gone to a website and read its comments section, you'll have seen that it's just a vitriolic, idiotic wasteland. Why subject yourself to that? Shut Up hides comments by default. And, you can show comments on a page with a click of a button. It will remember where you turn on comments, and will show them the next time you visit that site. That's it. Simple and free. Enjoy! Within the last few months started slowing Youtube and 4chan down to a crawl. Best extension of its kind so I hope this gets fixed EDIT: Found that enabling comments seems to fix or at least help with the Youtube issue (I use Unhook anyway - btw disabling that didn't make any difference). It doesn't fix 4chan but I found that disabling 4chan X helps with but doesn't entirely restore performance on the main site, while on archival sites like arch.b4k.co enabling comments helps there (disablin...
