Does this product no longer allow downloads? I installed and tried to launch only to receive a picture??

This chrome web store app continues to tell me to update google play services to use the google drive option. I have never had this issue on the iPad. So I downloaded the showme app on the google play store for my chromebook, didn't have that issue. However, seeing as how this app on the chrome web store is meant for chromebooks, that should really get fixed. I've been chatting with google and no help, still the same message. The play services are updated and nothing.
