)Overview
Discover series and movies, track them in a calendar and see where to watch.
ShowFire is a free browser extension that makes it easier to decide what to watch. • Find series and movies by genre, rating, year, runtime, country and language. Type a sentence like "war movies rated above 8". • A home screen with movies in cinemas, coming soon, this week's trends and series on air; new episodes of titles you follow come first. • Search movies, series and actors in one place with the magnifier in the top bar. • Tap an actor to see their movies and series. • Reminders: set a 🔔 for an episode or a release day and see them all on one screen. • Close the popup and it reopens where you left off. • Ready-made lists: war movies based on true stories, finished miniseries, short weekend movies and more. • Shows where each title can be watched in your region (subscription, rent, buy). When there is no data it says so instead of guessing. • A follow list and calendar: new episodes and release days with a countdown. • Optional notifications for new episodes, release days and titles landing on a platform (nothing is sent unless you allow it). • Download or share "what I'm watching this week" and "watched, my rating" cards as images. Privacy: no account, no ads, no analytics or trackers. Your list and settings stay in your browser only. The extension never injects code into web pages. Data sources: series and movie data comes from TMDB and TVmaze. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming data is provided by JustWatch.
