Adds a fully functional shoutbox back to forums.wynncraft.com, recreated from scratch. Traditional features: -Real time chat straight on the forums -No registration needed, it gets values straight from the site -Automatic connecting and reconnecting -Support for all forum themes -Communication over secure protocols New features: -Customizable position on the sidebar -Customizable message history length -Turn off community section, just like old times -Usable even without an account -Optional timestamps, inspired by TaigaChat -Configure options by clicking on the shoutbox title
