It's tempting to rely on AI and use it even when you know you shouldn't. should i ai? makes you pause and decide "do I really need AI for this?". If you answer, you set a timer and we block popular AI sites. In the meantime, you'll think, write, code, solve problems, complete tasks, and be surprised by how much you can get done on your own. Currently supports: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
