Overview

Instantly scrape and export Shopify store products, variants, pricing, and images to a production-ready CSV file.

Export Shopify products to CSV directly from your browser. Shopify Product Exporter to CSV scans publicly accessible Shopify storefronts, previews products and variants, and downloads a CSV using Shopify product import column headers. Use it to prepare product spreadsheets, review catalog data, or organize authorized product information before importing it into another Shopify store. PREVIEW YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE EXPORTING Open a Shopify storefront and click “Scan Store Products.” Review product titles, thumbnail images, and variant counts in the extension popup before downloading your file. The exporter reads Shopify’s public product JSON routes. When the main catalog endpoint is unavailable, it tries public sitemaps and individual product endpoints. Coverage warnings help you understand when a scan may be incomplete. EXPORT PRODUCT DETAILS, VARIANTS, AND IMAGES Depending on what the storefront makes publicly available, your Shopify product CSV can include: • Product handles and titles • Descriptions in HTML • Vendors, product types, and tags • Variant options, including size and color • SKUs, prices, and compare-at prices • Product image URLs and variant image references • Shipping, weight, and tax fields when available Supported variants and additional images are written into separate CSV rows. Image references are exported as URLs; image files are not downloaded. The CSV uses Shopify product import column headers and can also be opened in Excel or Google Sheets for review and editing. Check the exported data before importing it, especially when updating existing products. FREE EXPORTS OF UP TO 20 PRODUCTS The free tier exports the first 20 products from each scan session. A product with multiple variants counts as one product toward this limit. If a scan finds more than 20 products, the popup shows how many are included in the free export. Repeating an export from the same scan exports the same selection. PREMIUM — $14.99 PER MONTH Premium includes: • Exports without the free-tier 20-product cap • Sheets-ready CSV downloads for manual import into Google Sheets • Local price-history snapshots for comparing saved scans over time Price history begins with the snapshots you save on your device. It does not recover earlier prices or monitor stores automatically. Google Sheets support is a manual CSV workflow, not automatic synchronization. Store availability, request timeouts, and crawl safety limits apply to every plan. A STRAIGHTFORWARD BROWSER WORKFLOW 1. Open a publicly accessible HTTPS Shopify storefront. 2. Open Shopify Product Exporter to CSV. 3. Click “Scan Store Products.” 4. Review the preview and any coverage warnings. 5. Click “Export to CSV.” Your browser downloads the file using your Chrome download settings. Keep the popup open while scanning; closing it cancels the scan. LOCAL PRODUCT PROCESSING Storefront scanning, CSV conversion, and price-history storage run on your device. Product data is not uploaded to our servers for processing. Subscription verification and payments use ExtensionPay and Stripe. Product thumbnails load from their original image hosts. STOREFRONT COMPATIBILITY AND IMPORT NOTES The extension works with public product data exposed by compatible Shopify storefronts. Some stores restrict product endpoints, require a password, or use a custom storefront that does not expose the necessary data. A scan may return a partial catalog or be unavailable. Public storefront data is not a complete store backup. Administrative inventory quantities, product categories, SEO metadata, and other private fields may be unavailable. Missing fields require review before import; importing blank fields or overwriting existing products can affect existing data. Prices reflect the data returned by the storefront and may use its displayed currency. Confirm the currency and test a small import before making bulk changes. Export only product data you own or are authorized to use, and respect the source store’s terms and intellectual property rights. Shopify Product Exporter to CSV is an independent utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
