No longer working

Even on homepage of a Shopify site it is darkened and when clicked on it says it cannot read sites data

Broken since shopify changed the location of menus

Shopify moved menus to /store/STORENAME/content/menus/ - and it seems to have broken the extension. Any fix?

Extensions windows is disappearing

Hi,
I am in the admin area of the menu / navigation, but when i click the extension its asking me to login. However after a few seconds the windows disappears so i cant login. I just cant login as even if it stays open by the time i start typing its gone again. Tried install and uninstall and its the same :(

Extension tries to open then disappears

I was able to use this extension a couple of times after I first installed it a few weeks ago. But now when I try to open it, the popup open briefly and then closes on it's own.

Menu is not exporting.

When I press export on the extension, I keep getting the same error message: Operation failed! please try again. After waiting a few hours, I tried to export the menu again, but nothing changed. Is there a way to solve the issue? Thank you.

Getting an error that I am offline when clicking on the extension

I am unable to update licensing information, because every time I click on the extension it gives an error that I am offline, even though I am fully connected to the internet.

It it be used for collections as well?

Hi, Can you please advise if your tool can be used to export and import collections as well as navigation menus, or if it only supports navigation menus. Navigation is often dependent on collections and shopify appears to provide no way of importing/exporting collections, only products.

Editing the JSON file.

I was wondering if you have any tips on how to edit the JSON file and make it a bit more user friendly so i create large menus easily?
