Instead of repeatedly selecting permissions or searching for store URLs and collaborator codes, you can save your usual setup and use it again when preparing a request. Store tracking When access to a store is detected through Shopify admin activity in your browser, the extension can record the store locally so it can be referenced later. Time and click savings The built-in estimator provides an indication of how much repetitive preparation the extension may be saving based on your usage. Import, export, and backup Export your settings to create a backup or move your configuration to another browser or computer. Privacy Profiles, store URLs, collaborator codes, tracking information, preferences, and extension settings are stored locally in your browser. Exported backup files remain under your control. It does not automatically grant access, bypass approval requirements, or determine whether access will be approved. Merchants remain in control of whether collaborator access is approved, denied, or removed. Collab Tracker is an organisational tool and does not confirm permanent access to a store. Tracking is based on locally stored extension information and browser activity.
